So after years of study, watching the trends, changes taking place in this Industry & meeting Leaders across the country & their stories, I feel like I have some credible insight on what to look for in a LEGACY NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY.
I’ve provably studied over 200+ Good companies over the years & looked at their Comp Plans & Products, then I met 2 men that had studied the 60+ YEAR HISTORY of our Industry & 2000+ companies. These guys looked at every PRODUCT & SERVICE offered the Good Bad & the Ugly. They saw the Challenges with the Management Team not understanding the DISTRIBUTORS IN THE FEILD, to the owners not understanding how to scale the company, expand internationally or how to support fast growth. These guys showed me the flaws in most COMPENSATION PLANS, from the COMPRESSION models so that the bonuses are only good for a few Top Distributors or the Company, to all the impossible QUALIFICATIONS required to earn the bonuses from the volume YOU CREATED and how most companies only pay down 7-8 LEVELS in Depth of the team that YOU BUILT.
