Being an Entrepreneur & Coach in this Industry SINCE 1984 has exposed me to a lot of different Companies, Products, Compensation Plans and Leaders. I have seen 1000’s of companies come & go year after year putting a bad taste in a lot of hopeful Entrepreneurs mouths. So after years of study, watching the trends, changes taking place in this Industry & meeting Leaders across the country & their stories, I feel like I have some credible insight on what to look for in a LEGACY NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY.

I’ve provably studied over 200+ Good companies over the years & looked at their Comp Plans & Products, then I met 2 men that had studied the 60+ YEAR HISTORY of our Industry & 2000+ companies. These guys looked at every PRODUCT & SERVICE offered the Good Bad & the Ugly. They saw the Challenges with the Management Team not understanding the DISTRIBUTORS IN THE FEILD, to the owners not understanding how to scale the company, expand internationally or how to support fast growth. These guys showed me the flaws in most COMPENSATION PLANS, from the COMPRESSION models so that the bonuses are only good for a few Top Distributors or the Company, to all the impossible QUALIFICATIONS required to earn the bonuses from the volume YOU CREATED and how most companies only pay down 7-8 LEVELS in Depth of the team that YOU BUILT.

Needless to say I could go on talking about the incredible insights these guys shared with me, but a short list below is quite frankly the specific reasons that I chose the LEGACY COMPANY I’M WITH:

I have no idea if any of these items are important to you as they were for me, but I feel when you’re looking to partner with a company it’s important to make sure that the Model Fits YOU.

pretty badly, but you are not Alone!

STOP THE SUFFERING TODAY!

But there’s some serious questions you’ve got
to ask yourself first before taking the big leap:

Now comes the life long process of looking for total
strangers with the statistics that 95% of them aren’t
qualified or even looking to do anything with business.

  1. You make a call/text to setup a time to Get Together & Talk . . .
  2. If they don’t NO SHOW you, you meet them at a coffee shop . . .
  3. You show them a typical Company/Product/Compensation plan . . .
  4. Their response is usually to be Not Interested, let me Think about it, etc . . .
  5. You try to setup a Follow Up date or invite them to a meeting . . .
  6. They No Show the meeting or Cancel the Follow up date . . .
  7. You try to Reconnect, now they Avoid your text, calls, emails . . .
  8. Now your back with someone new to go through the Process Again . . .

Yes I know there are exceptions, but the average
Network Marketer sponsors no more than two
distributors before they get frustrated and QUIT!!!!

  1. The Cost of Materials, CD, Videos, Websites, Branding, etc . . .
  2. The Cost of Interviews, Gas, Coffee, Meals, Parking, etc . . .
  3. The Cost of Weekly Meetings, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc . . .
  4. The Cost of Monthly Team Meetings, Travel, Meals, etc . . .
  5. The Cost of Quarterly Events, Air Travel, Hotel, Meals, etc . . .

Network Marketing is the highest paying profession paying you residuals for the work you did 10, 20 & 30+ years ago, so this is not a bash of the Network Marketing Industry that I’ve spent a lot of years of my life building because it’s not perfect, but when done right it beats spending 40+ hrs a week working for someone else any day.
